Membership Form Instructions

When you open the Membership Form, it will open as a PDF.

On the left hand side of the page is a small toolbar. (The toolbar may appear on the right in old versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader.)

This may not appear depending on your version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If the toolbar isn’t there, you will need to download and print the form and complete it before posting it to the Secretary

Click on the capital A and this will allow you to complete text on the form

For Yes/No questions, use the circle icon to draw a circle around your answer. The red dot at the bottom will allow you to change the colour you use.

You may have a signature set up if you use Adobe Acrobat Reader regularly. If not, the signature button looks like a fountain pen nib. 

This will allow you to create and insert a signature. If you prefer you can just type your name in the same way that you completed the rest of the form.

If you hover over the Declaration box it will allow you to confirm you have read the Constitution with a tick.

Once you are happy with the completed form, use the download button  located at the top of the page to save your form.

Lastly, click on the send button on the form. This will open your email and allow you to attach and return the form to the Secretary.
